Kobold Island was previously used as a basic low level wilderness area to teach new players the basics of combat. An old Stormreach proverb goes, 'There's more than one way to skin a Kobold.' The Kobolds aren't too keen on that proverb.
This is an outdoor zone removed from game with Module 8 Harbor area revamp.
