If you are level 20 or higher, however, he will reply:

• Paddrog: Look around you, little adventurer. How long has it been since the Stormreaver returned, gathering us back in this, our ancient home? And yet still we quarrel. Still we have not begun to rebuild. We are no better than when we first arrived! I am not too proud to ask for help. I would far rather see Gianthold made magnificent again.
