Round duration[edit]

6 seconds is true for pen and paper, but 5 seconds is the duration implemented in DDO. I posted the results of my ingame testing at the DDO numbers project (magic). I checked it at least 20 times and it never goes to 6 seconds. 5 seconds is where the counter starts.--Ziu 02:03, March 30, 2006 (EST)

Ok, I guess the DDO shaken effect lasts only for 5 seconds. The reason why I changed from 5 to 6s is because it was in the PnP class span, meaning it was information taken from PnP, and 1 round = 6s in PnP. I didn't notice you had checked it ingame. I'll put it back with the correct formatting. Tihocan 09:53, March 30, 2006 (EST)

Save vs fear?[edit]

There are spells giving a bonus to save vs. fear. However, a spell like this one says it's a will save. Am I correct to assume that a save vs. fear = a will save + some bonus (or penalty) for fear-specific spells like Cause fear? Tihocan 10:24, March 30, 2006 (EST)

Yes Fear is a will save, and spells like remove fear give a bonus to a specific use of a will save. -- koolkat 12:50, March 30, 2006 (EST)
