Talk:Deleting a page from a category
How do I delete a page from a category? For example, I updated the Zawabi's Revenge page to add spell power values. Now that page can be removed from the hidden category Items that need updating to Spell Power, but I don't know how to go about it.

- At the top or bottom of the Item page there would be a line that states "[[Category:Needs Info-Box Pic]]<!-- needs u14 version --> ". Delete the entire line then save the page and it will be remove automatically from the proper Category page Bladedge (Contributions • Message) 17:13, August 1, 2012 (EDT)
- Actually, it is one of two things... Pages take a while to join or leave a category because of page caching is the first thing.. The second thing is that pages are automatically put into Items that need updating to SpellPower by the old Template:Permspellamp and Template:Tempspellamp. If those templates are still being used on the page instead of Template:SpellPower then it will stay in that category.
