Talk:Legendary Green Steel items/Tier 1

From DDO wiki

I feel that the raw ingredient recipes (to make manufactured ingredients) should be on their own page as they're identical to the heroic recipes and identical across all tiers. Doing it that way we have one page which we could link to both the heroic and legendary green steel pages (six links total, heroic T1/T2/T3 and legendary T1/T2/T3). Overall, it's probably easier than having the information on the bottom of the page. Habreno (ContribsMessage) 04:26, January 17, 2016 (EST)

  • I personally think it is better to have the information readily at hand rather than shuffling it off to a separate page that people may not even see. I'm guessing that when people look at the page for each tier they will be interested in both sets of recipes and for that reason it makes sense to have it all in one place. I also think that having it all in one chart on one page would made things more confusing not less. When they are separated out like this, it's easy to link the ingredients of the appropriate tier. It's not like the page is cluttered as-is anyway, all I did was add one extra chart, and a small one at that. I would welcome some other opinions on this matter though. - Susalona (ContribsMessage) 05:22, January 17, 2016 (EST)

As someone who is unfamiliar with GS crafting and who was specifically looking for this information, I appreciate having the raw recipes on this page. In fact, I would have put that table at the top of the page rather than the bottom, because it makes more sense chronologically as you scroll down (you combine raw to make manufactured first and then use manufactured for the augments second).
