Invisibility Guard and Sneak Attack[edit]
Does sneak attack proc when you're invisible? Such as from the 10 second invisibility from the Cloak of Night Invisibility Guard when you already have aggro.

- If you already have aggro, then sneak attack wouldn't proc anyways.
Perhaps I don't understand your question, but if you are in battle with a mob, and you go invisible for 10 seconds, the mob doesn't forget you are there and can probably still hear you. They would also still be on guard, and unless another party member steals your aggro (which you likely didn't want anyways), then you won't be getting any sneak attack.
