Protection

This template should be protected to prevent the Administrators Noticeboard page projects being vandalised.

The four TILDES ( ~~~~ ) do not work on the Administrators Noticeboard for the Project Owner new line as explained in the instructions - when used they place a users existing signature shortcuts into lines 1,2,3 & 4.

It was doing this previous to me fixing the Template:Project but it still does it afterwards, instead you have to manually type in the brackets ([[) or (]]) containing your username, not sure how to fix this one.

Wouldn't mind knowing how to fix it though whoever corrects it.
