That second line is created by including User:Awateru/Sandbox/Test like {{User:Awateru/Sandbox/Test}}
So we can include a bar at the top of spells and include them automagically in spell lists. I can look into making the spell page template include the top bar based on roughly the same user input, so the user only has to fill in one section, and it does both for the user. It will take time to transfer all spells over to a new format, but it may be worth the effort to have all of the spell information in one spot.
