Enhancements "must take": Wizard Intelligence III, Wizard Energy of the Scholar III, 1 point to manipulations that enhance elements you use, maxed manipulation of the element you are using the most for offensive spells (including critical hit enhancements), Human Adaptability: Intelligence, Human Greater Adaptability: Constitution, Shroud of the Lich, Racial Toughness II, Wizard Master of Magic
Useful enhancements to take for this build: Wizard Improved Quickening III (costs a lot of points but allows you to use quicken spell all the time without major Spell Points loss), Wizard Spell Penetration - if you have troubles with Spell Resistance of monsters at higher levels then add few points into this.
