Max Item Bonus

Hey, you said "Also, the effective bonus cap in DDO is currently +6 (higher wouldn't be equippable by level 10 characters)." on Armor Enhancement Discussion. I don't think that's the case though, as you could have a Race-restricted +7 modifier which would require level 10 to equip. Sonil 22:29, May 6, 2006 (EDT)

Yep, but the race restriction would drop the total modifier to +6 so the limit is still +6. :P Oh and I don't know if the game would generate such an item, I'm hoping to find a an effective +7 elf-only item for myself, but never saw one yet. --Waaagh 02:43, May 7, 2006 (EDT)

I was more disagreeing with your choice to not show higher Power ranks on weapons because you could only have +5 (+1 enhancement) =6. I've seen +7 modifiers (race-restricted) in game :) Sonil 03:10, May 7, 2006 (EDT)
