Notes: Garvon will exchange your Slave Lords Crafting Ingredients for upgrade gems, and combine your gems with a base item to create a finished product.

The easiest way to get to Garvon is to simply step in to Slave Pits of the Undercity (part 1 of the 3-part Against the Slave Lords chain) on any difficulty. You can also find him at the end of Assault on the Aerie of the Slave Lords (part 3), in the end-chest room with Dame Gold, just before you leave the quest.

Note that entering on any Heroic difficulty will give you only Heroic item options, and entering Epic will give you only Epic item options.

Remember that you are "in a quest" while dealing with Garvon, so any buffs or timers you have running, such as hirelings, XP or Guild Renown potions, etc etc, will continue to tick down.
