Aqua Sphere
Aqua Sphere appears as a buff in your buff bar in Lost at Sea, Into the Deep, The Legend of the Lost Locket and the underwater section of The Final Enemy. These quests feature underwater combat.
Official description: This magical barrier allows you to move, fight, and cast on the ocean floor as you normally would with some natural limitations to jumping and tumbling.
