Effect: This weapon saps the creativity of your enemies, and on a critical hit with a melee weapon, will deal an extra X Charisma damage to your target.
Found on: Cannith crafted weapons (Charisma Damaging shard), random weapons
Notes:
This effect works on weapons in both hands. It seems it no longer appears on named items.
Critical Befouling
Effect: This deadly weapon saps the charm from your enemies, dealing X Charisma damage on each critical hit.
Found on: Critical Befouling items
Notes:
Unlike normal Befouling effect, this one is not limited to melee weapons.
