Notes: On a reincarnated character, Kroth is the only vendor who will sell you "Potions of Superior X" (X being a spellpower) without first having to complete a certain quest chain. This said, since Kroth requires ingredients from the Eveningstar Challenge Pack, it will take a lot longer to actually be able to afford the potions, as the other vendors sell them for platinum (especially if you don't actually own the pack and are having to rely on Challenge Tokens.)
