Description

Throw a small vial of magical liquid at a single target that provides the effects of the Lesser Restoration spell: Dispells magical effects reducing your ability scores, eliminates fatigue, and improves exhaustion to fatigue

Notes:

• Bug: Despite being able to target oneself with this spell, self casting currently (U45) is bugged and has no effect on the caster. Casting this spell on an Ally will properly apply it's effect.
