Supporter packs are bundles of stuff with limited-time availability from the DDO Store. Supporter pack feature a variety of items and benefits such as cosmetics, auras, creature companions, mounts, storage and more!

- Are these items delivered to one character or every character on my account?
- Most benefits from supporter packs are available to every character on your account permanently! Sometimes there will be benefits such as additional Character Storage that are only applied to a single character.
- Can I purchase a Supporter Pack again?
- A Supporter Pack can only be purchased once per Account. You can purchase a higher-tier Supporter Pack in the future, but cannot purchase a lower-tier Supporter Pack once you purchase a higher-tier Supporter Pack because you will already own everything it includes.
- Can I Upgrade to a higher-tier Supporter Pack?
- No, it is not possible to purchase an upgrade to a Supporter Pack.
- How are mounts and creature companions delivered?
- Mounts and Creature Companions are not provided through a Mount or Creature Companion Certificate. Instead, the Mount and Creature Companion Certificate is automatically applied to your Mount or Creature Companion Stable upon log in to a game world.
- I have lost one of my cosmetic items. Can I get it again?
- Yes! Speak to the NPC associated with a specific offer to re-acquire any cosmetics you wish. In the case of the Underdark Coffers, you can speak with Zeanna, located on the first floor of the Eberron Hall of Heroes.
- Once a coffer ends its sale, is it gone forever?
- In general we intend to leave open the possibility to bring these offers back in the future, but I wouldn't expect to see them return with any speed or regularity. (DDO Forums)
