AMF and SLA[edit]
It appears that the note under the casters stating that SLAs still work is no longer correct. I just ran Von 2 and was unable to use SLAs due to the anti-magic field. — previous unsigned

Best weapon material type? Daelkyr, Evil Outsiders or Aberrations?[edit]
Two questions
Q1: I found a Byeshk Greatsword in the game. Would these (Byeshk weapons) be good weapons against Beholders?
Q2: about Beholder's type of monster... In Q1 I'm asking about the material because it's not mentioned, although the Byeshk page says: Byeshk weapons are able to overcome the damage reduction of the Daelkyr race who are responsible for most of the aberrations in Eberron, as well as Mindflayers and Xorian Renders.
More over, the Daelkyr race page also mentions : The daelkyr are extraplanar creatures that are native to the realm of Xoriat. (...) They are responsible for most of the aberrations in Eberron, including beholders, dolgaunts, some symbiotic creatures, and many other aberrations.
But at the end of that same page, it's written : Daelkyr are Evil Outsider type monsters.

- First off, Daelkyr are outsider creatures, because they are native from an external plane (Xoriat). In that regard, they are no different from devils and demons. According to Eberron lore, they created most (if not all) aberrations that roam Eberron today. While Byeshk is a material that is hurtful to aberrations, only a few of them actually have DR/Byeshk. Mind Flayers do. Beholders (and Rust Monsters, and Taken, and others) do not. Thus, Byeshk does not affect them in any special way.

Re: Tactics to deal with Spell Absorption and Negative Energy[edit]
The advice in this section makes the claim:
"However, Pale Lavender Ioun Stones do NOT protect from Enervation."
This is something I've never heard before. And while I can't swear that any time I've been level drained while wearing the PLIS that it was out of charges, it would be a singular exception to the spell absorption abilities of this item. --⇒ Niminae (Contribs • Message • Email) 19:50, April 19, 2018 (EDT)
