'Base Abilities' to be changed to 'Starting Attributes'[edit]

  1. 1 Abilitys are something else in D&D
  2. 2 No one cares what are you present stats, except maybe where you have used your stat increases. Starting ones are the ones that shape the character. BlackSmith 15:23, July 26, 2007 (EDT)

Deleting character and guild sections[edit]

It's been something I have been considering for a while and a recent comment by Sef326 leaned that way so I'm curious about what you guys think. Currently, both sections is a mess, need a lot of efforts to keep pages even slightly tidy, easily become outdated and MyDDO fulfills that function already better than we could ever dream of. From all I can see, it's just pollution. Thus, I'm thinking about deleting both.

How do you guys feel about that? I'd like to hear your opinions before proceeding. --Borror0 08:55, November 18, 2009 (EST)

Yeah I think it is a very good idea, I had a browse through the other day and yep certainly is a mess. I also personally think it doesn't really belong in the DDO Wiki, and as you have pointed out, MyDDO serves the same function. UltraMonk 10:10, November 18, 2009 (EST)
my sentiments exactly. i keep my character page on my own userpage section. prolly give them a week's notice or sumthing. - Sef326 17:56, November 18, 2009 (EST)
Seems we all agree. I removed the section from the sidebar. Should take care of most of it. From now on, you have the permission to delete character and guild pages when you come across them. --Borror0 19:12, November 18, 2009 (EST)
