About the section Reasons to splash

Paladins:

There are indeed plenty of reasons to go higher levels in Paladin, especially because of the level 4 spell Zeal that give 10% chance of double strike and not to mention the capstone and several Enhancement. However I guess the main reason for splashing fighter is more the point that the Paladin is limited in Feats, so to take up e.g Khopesh it is nice to have access to the additional Feats from the Fighter line and additionally to the reason for bumping intimidate.

Wizards:

I have seen meanwhile quite some Wizards that splashed Rogue. Mostly to bump up UMD for being self sufficient with heals as long as they are not Warforged. A positive side effect of those Rogue Levels are the possibility to open locked Shrines.

Rangers:

Some Rangers splash up to 5 levels of Rogue to get the additional damage of the Backstabing and as the skill harmonize well between both (e.g. search and spot are both Class skills) and gain so as well the additional possibility to disarm traps or open locks. The greatest disadvantage of this combination is that this mean to loose one favoured enemy (note that each favoured enemy as well boost the previous ones by +2)

Spelling[edit]

Loose rhymes with noose. In 2 places here you mean lose (rhymes with ooze).
