The Stormreaver Ring of Prophecy dropped from the Black Dragon chest in Gianthold Tor for me today. On the Gianthold Tor page it states that the drop point is unidentified. I did take a screenshot of the chest open, the loot list, with the acid pools in the background. If this is required to verify let me know and I will upload it.
