Weakening tooltip[edit]

The tooltip for Weakening should say, "... on each successful hit", as opposed to the current, "... on each critical hit". However, I'd be hesitant to edit {{Dmg}}, even if I had permissions. ⇒ Hoopy Froodle (Contribs • Message) 15:31, April 6, 2020 (EDT)
