Smiling Sam sometimes will not become hostile, preventing you from being able to kill him.
Can anyone confirm "(Optional) Kill a boss in the bathroom" is actually "The Rest Rooms" not "The Bath House" ? Neouni 14:31, January 5, 2012 (EST)

and it has to be RIGHT in the bathroom - eg right next to the stall, just nearby in the hall failed once. Also if you cant get a boss to teleport there, you can drag one over, they never leash.
