Talk:Shroud of Night
Shroud of Night Question, When healing myself (or from someone else) while in Vampire Form, is necrotic touch/bolt/blast reduced if I have the Wiz PM shroud of the night activated on myself? as the Shroud says negative/positive/?? energy is reduced by x/x/x%

- I'm going to assume you mean Cloak of Night: While active, Cloak of Night reduces the effectiveness of Positive Energy, Negative Energy, Repair, and Light damage on you by 20%/35%/50%.
- Therefore, it reduces incoming effects from Positive Energy, Negative Energy, Repair, and Light damage (or healing) by 20%/35%/50%.
- Death Aura, Lesser Death Aura, and Negative Energy Burst can be used to heal yourself (or Undead allies).
- These would have reduced effect on yourself if you have Cloak of Night active.
- Death Aura, Lesser Death Aura, and Negative Energy Burst can be used to heal yourself (or Undead allies).
- Necrotic Blast, Necrotic Bolt, and Necrotic Touch are offensive SLAs that cost hit points and should not be affected by your Cloak of Night. — Zav (C·T·E) 21:41, July 21, 2014 (EDT)
